Payments for services are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time.

Our services are provided "as is." While we aim for high availability and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
We disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, business, or profits.
Our liability for all claims related to our services will not exceed the greater of €20 or the amount paid by you for the past 12 months of service.

If you encounter an issue, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve it before taking legal action.
Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of Germany and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat offenders.

Synctech Solutions GmbH complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyright has been violated, you may file a complaint by contacting abuse@synctechsolutions.com with the following details:
A physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and its location.
Your contact information.
A statement confirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
A statement confirming the accuracy of your claim under penalty of perjury.
If a counter-notification is received, Synctech Solutions GmbH will comply with applicable laws to resolve disputes.

IP address involved
Date and time of violation (including time zone)
Evidence of violation (e.g., logs, screenshots)
